Frohe Weihnachten

Do you like big white beards, Christmas carols and the smell of roasting chestnuts? On Saturday, December 10th and Sunday, December 11th, American Vintage invites you to celebrate Christmas in Marseille with “Les Marseillaises”! During these two special days, the Voûte Virgo – the new party and culture hotspot in a space measuring 190 square meters under the arches of La Major – will welcome a craft market, a bookshop, a record shop, a vintage store and more… You can do your Christmas shopping, find a great second-hand piece and enjoy the photo exhibition of Pierre Terrasson while your kids listen to a story or have fun at a sewing workshop!

This is also the perfect opportunity for American Vintage to unveil the creations of its collaboration with the up-and-coming brand La Pantoufle à Pépère: cozy and authentic pieces that are made in France and that offer a new take on Charentaise slippers!

And, of course, Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without some lovely surprises: American Vintage’s Santa Claus will be on site to take photos with kids of all ages and hand out gifts on Saturday and Sunday at 4 p.m.! Thanks to Numero 74, a vintage brand of kids from around the world for their participation > http://numero74.com

Le Mucem will offer free tickets for its current exhibitions. And a warm clothing drive for the homeless will be organized by Julie Lagier and Manon Brasseur during the entire event.

You can count on brunch and tea time at the Voûte Virgo to stay warm this weekend and enjoy the spirit of Christmas with your family or friends before the big day arrives.
