#2: The restaurant Double
Inaugurated in 2024 in the 18th arrondissement, Double describes itself as a micro-restaurant with only 12 seats. Behind the chocolate façade, chef Tsuyoshi Yamakawa concocts dishes that cleverly fuse Italian cuisine and Japanese influences.

#3: Chocolate mousse
Whether it’s made with extra-dark chocolate, a drizzle of olive oil or sprinkled with salt flakes, chocolate mousse is one of those desserts we never get tired of. What’s more, it can be whipped up in just a matter of minutes. However, once the egg whites are mixed with melted chocolate, you do have to wait several hours before digging in.
