Softly, but surely
“Territory” by The Blaze
French electronic group The Blaze is behind several tracks that we’ve listened to on repeat for years (including “Heaven” and “Juvenile“). With Territory, we love the intensity that builds up, while letting the keyboards do their thing.
“Walking on a Dream” by Empire of the Sun
Recognisable and regressive for all millennials, this track by the Australian duo is sure to get you moving. Walking on a Dream evokes a sensation of floating — exactly what you need when you’re running.
“Spacer” by Sheila
A slightly futuristic disco hit, Spacer is driven by an unstoppable, mechanical and almost spatial bass line. The voice follows the melody, giving the track a hypnotic harmony. A timeless classic that’s perfect to keep pace with.

Pick up speed
“Sprinter” by Dave, Central Cee
As you hit your stride, a little rap is just what you need. British rap, that is. By combining their voices, Dave and Central Cee pump out an effective, precise and bold production — with total mastery of the tempo and constant, unrelenting energy.
“All You Children” by Jamie xx and The Avalanches
To keep up the rhythm, you need to get your groove on. This addictive song with vocal samples creates a sense of collective and festive energy. Great for moving freely and letting go.
“Palladio” by Leblanc
A French artist who mixes classic, electro and techno influences, Leblanc composes a track with a tightly controlled tempo. The melodies echo the symphonic grandeur of a revisited baroque work. Like an electronic procession that builds in intensity.
Cool down
“Sunny Day” by MR TOUT LE MONDE
To slow down, we switch to an electronic track with catchy, dancy and inviting vocals. A song that hints of summer, escape and the desire to make the most of the present moment.
“Children of the Sun” by Native Young
We continue with a more organic pop song. We love the voices that sing in a chorus and bounce off each other, the bright instrumentation and the collective energy. A melodic style whose fluidity adds texture and sets the tone.
“Amore unlimited” by ALCATRAZ
To end the race, nothing could beat this song by the Berlin artist. Here, the repetitive rhythms and synthetic layers intertwine for a meditative effect. A hypnotic track that will get you to the finish line.
