Each season, we invite a photographer to shoot the new American Vintage launch campaign. An opportunity for them to reappropriate our specific signature in their own city and with their own community. After hitting the streets of Barcelona in summer 2022, the team chose Berlin for autumn/winter 2022-2023.
German photographer Jonas Unger captured the autumn/winter 2022-2023 collection on film. Shot in the streets of the German capital, this campaign showcases a modern city with an open world view, driven by creativity and spontaneity.
Midori, Jil, Paula, Stephen, Beck, Malena, Leone and Momo, to name a few. In all, 20 new faces embody the American Vintage DNA this season. From age 6 months to 71 years old, they all have their own unique qualities. Style is now explored as a family, with essentials for men, women and kids. An intimate approach in which silhouettes follow the rhythm of the light.
A toasty winter
The American Vintage wardrobe comes in autumnal colours, from khaki to the palest beige. But also touches of retro neon and discreet prints. Pieces layer together to stand up to cold winter temperatures. Cotton envelops, shapes define, outfits accentuate. Looks are thrown together depending on one’s desire, mood and personality. A free style that allows each person to express themselves. A style intended to be lived in.
