Recipe : “Whelk Chowder”

Ingredients
1 kg of cleaned and pre-cooked whelks (or clams)
1 medium Kabocha squash
3 celery stalks
1 medium onion
3 corn cobs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 litres of whole milk
Optional extra: lemon zest and juice
