Summer knitwear in diluted shades

For summer 2020, knitwear gets as light as air and slips into pastel colours. From blue to pink by way of green and parma violet, the pieces come in a rainbow of softness that blends into the looks of the sunny season.

Watercolour palette

Baby blue, almond green, cream white, peony pink or briar rose, rye yellow or vanilla, lavender and parma violet… Colours infused with tenderness are diluted in the season’s knitwear. Soft on the eyes and on the skin, they transcend styles and genres and claim their rightful place everywhere. As if faded by the sun and softened by the wind, they seem to come straight from the closet of a country home. Thin, ultra-light or denser with openwork, cardigans and jumpers let the skin breathe freely while adding their retro aura to the American Vintage wardrobe.

Worn directly against bare skin, this knitwear teams up beautifully with the heathered fleece of a sportswear piece or the raw denim of unisex jeans.
