After two months in confinement, we’d like to hit pause and get away for a long weekend. Two, three or four days: just enough time to catch your breath and enjoy the art of living in an unknown destination. To travel light and conveniently, here are the essentials to slip into your suitcase.
Pair a hooded sweatshirt with a windbreaker for soft and cool protection in all weather. For Nordic destinations, include some overshirts, a better choice than layers of thick jumpers.
Warm up and cool down by layering materials
Visits to museums, breaks in cafés and long strolls outdoors… Wear light layers, which you can remove or combine throughout the day. A T-shirt and vest team up with fresh shirts, sleeveless jumpers or open cardigans, spruced up with oversized jackets or overshirts.
Free and flowing
For the bottoms, choose comfortable all-terrain trousers, such as soft tracksuit bottoms or mom jeans. If you’re heading to the sun, flared high-waisted shorts are perfect for exploring Mediterranean streets.
The perfect little black dress
For a touch of femininity, a simple dress looks great with sneakers during the day and slips under a lovely cardigan in the evening. Long and flowing, it is as comfortable as it is elegant. We opt for ultra-soft Supima cotton, which glides over the skin and doesn’t wrinkle in your bag.
