In the 18th arrondissement of Paris, near a family-friendly farmer’s market on the rue du Poteau and vintage decoration boutiques, we uncovered a unique restaurant headed by three incredible people. Momo, the master of ceremonies, Sarah, the restaurant manager, and Manu, the chef.
Full of positive, cheerful energy, Momo tells us the story of this project that he started with a few friends. The beginning of a real human adventure.
